September 26, 2022. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has approved the "Rules for maintaining media registry”.
According to the document, the Cabinet of Ministers are instructed to ensure the issues arising from the decree.
The Media Development Agency, together with the Special Communication and Information Security State Agency, must take appropriate measures to ensure the security of the Media Registry.
